To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1234ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Either party may terminate the player's account and the agreement formed by these Terms at any time:
Upon termination for breach, 1234ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at 1234ph's discretion after deducting any amounts owed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 1234ph Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
